Robinia pseudoacacia (black locust) is an extremely durable, rot-resistant hardwood that can last decades in ground contact, making it one of the best natural choices for long-lasting fence posts. We offer our posts in two shapes. Round or square. Round posts are availble bark on or machine peeled. Our proprietry machine peeled posts remove more of the outer sapwood than other methods resulting in a more uniform shape and extended durability.
